Sulindac (Clinoril) which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug such as Motrin may prove to be effective in suppressing endometriosis related symptoms. Although it needs further clinical study, researchers in Vienna were able to show that Sulindac can suppress endometriosis at molecular level based on their studies in the Laboratory. Mifepristone, formerly known as RU-486, is currently being used as an "abortion pill" or medical abortion. There is a report of 4 cases of women who died after taking the abortion pill due to severe infection and shock associated with organism called Clostridium sordellii after taking this abortion pill. Hypothyroidism (under-active thyroid) can be associated with neuro-cognitive problems such as difficulty with attention / concentration, psychomotor speed, and memory.
